Short bio

Steph helps C-suite leaders ‘see around corners’. She’s brings a unique blend of skills covering futures thinking/strategic foresight, human centred design, innovation, and facilitation to help leaders and teams challenge the status quo in their organisation

She’s often called in to facilitate leadership offsites and development programs, develop future scenarios that enrich the strategy planning process, and generally help leadership teams think differently about the future. Steph trained as an auditor, has worked in Big 4, run L&D teams, writes regularly for Smart Company, and is always thinking about what’s next.

Steph is a futurist and facilitator who helps the C-Suite see around corners, so they can be ready for what's next.

Her combination of 19 years in professional services, and global experience as a facilitator mean she's well-equipped to work with leadership teams to expand their thinking about the problems they face today, and share the signals of change that spark bigger conversations about what might happen tomorrow.

She has certifications from The University of Houston, Copenhagen Institute of Futures Studies (CIFS), and the Institute for the Future (IFTF) and has worked with clients across professional services, banking, financial services, fintech, retail, manufacturing, government, and utilities industries. She regularly appears on podcasts and is a contributing writer for SmartCompany.
